Virtual design is a collaborative, DIY-friendly approach where we design your space remotely and provide you with a complete design plan to implement at your own pace.

You send us photos and measurements of your space, and we create a thoughtful design plan tailored to your style, lifestyle, and budget.

This service is perfect for those who:

• live outside our local service area
• want professional design guidance but prefer to implement the space themselves
• have a smaller project or single room
• want a clear vision before purchasing furniture and décor

Unlike our full-service design, which includes project management, site visits, contractor coordination, and full installation, virtual design gives you the professional plan — while you handle the execution.

Because we dedicate focused design time to each project, only a limited number of virtual design spots are available each month.

Typical turnaround time is 3–4 weeks from the time we receive all measurements and photos.

Package One, The Refresh

A simple, affordable way to transform your space.

The Virtual Refresh package is perfect if you’re looking for direction and inspiration but plan to do the shopping and styling yourself.

We’ll create a curated design concept for your room so you know exactly how to pull everything together.

A complete room design plan you can execute yourself.

Our Full Room Virtual Design package provides everything you need to fully design your space from the ground up.

You’ll receive a detailed design plan including layout, sourcing, and styling guidance so you can bring the room together with confidence.

• Design questionnaire
• Room layout and furniture placement guidance
• Curated concept / mood board
• Colour palette and material direction
• Complete shopping list with links to recommended furniture, lighting, rugs, artwork, and décor
• Styling recommendations for shelves, coffee tables, and finishing touches
• One round of revisions

This package gives you the full vision for the room, while allowing you to implement the design at your own pace and within your budget.
